The main large open plan living room opens onto the balcony
via a large sliding patio window with stunning views over
the mere. It is fitted with dinning table and four chairs,
two easy chairs and sofa converting into a second double bed.

A fully equipped galley kitchen with hob, oven, microwave,
kettle, toaster and fridge.
A separate main bedroom is fitted with double bed. In loft
space above this room there is a sleeping platform with mattress
suitable only for teenagers or young adults.
The bathroom is fitted with shower, basin and toilet.
